Not every event needs full planning. Some families only want the stage and lighting handled, while a company may need one team for the venue, AV, food and guests. This is a quick way to decide where to start.
Full planning or one service
Full-service event management in Lahore suits multi-function weddings, conferences and any event where nobody in the family or office has the time to coordinate suppliers. If your venue and caterer are already booked, you may only need decor and setup or help with guests on the day.
You can also start small and add more later, for example by booking decor for one function now and planning the rest of the wedding week once your dates are confirmed.
Event services for homes, venues and offices
The same event services work differently depending on the place. A home dholki needs floor seating, power for the lights and a layout that leaves room to move. A banquet hall comes with its own furniture and closing time. A farmhouse is usually an empty lawn, so the stage, lighting, generator and weather cover all have to be brought in. An office dinner needs registration, a running order and AV. We plan each service around the venue you have, or help you choose one.

A single-function package covers the plan, decor and supplier coordination for that one function. Decor only covers the stage, florals, lighting, setup and takedown. Every quote lists what is included and what is not.
How much does an event planner cost in Lahore?
The cost depends on the guest count, the number of functions, the venue, the decor level and how much of the planning you hand over. Can I book just one service?
Yes. You can book decor only, a single function such as a mehndi or nikkah, or full event management. We quote only for what you choose.
Do you plan events at home?
Yes. Dholkis, mayuns, nikkahs, engagements, milads and birthdays often happen at home. We plan the setup around your space, seating, parking, power supply and any parda or partition you need.
Do you plan farmhouse and outdoor events?
Yes, including farmhouses on Bedian Road and Raiwind Road. Outdoor plans include generator backup, lighting for the walkways and a rain or wind backup such as a covered area or marquee.
