Coverage and travel

How we plan events in different parts of Lahore

We plan events across Lahore, from homes in the older central areas to gated communities and farmhouses on the city's edges. The area changes the practical side of the plan more than the look.

Gated communities

In DHA, Bahria Town, Askari and Cantt, suppliers and vehicles can be stopped at the gate. We share names, vehicle details and arrival times with you in advance so you can inform security, and we schedule deliveries so setup starts on time.

Established neighbourhoods

Areas like Model Town, Garden Town and Gulberg have older homes with lawns that suit nikkahs, dholkis and dawats, along with busy roads and limited parking. We plan guest drop-off, parking and sound levels so the evening goes smoothly for you and your neighbours.

Farmhouses on the city edge

Most event farmhouses are along Bedian Road and Raiwind Road. They offer space and privacy but usually come empty, so power, weather cover, lighting and directions for guests are planned from the start. See our notes on farmhouse events.
